i started revival at mt. pleasant this morning. i’ll be there through wed. next wed. mandy and i are being assessed by the kbc. this is a huge step that we need to take for the kbc’s high impact plant program so pray for it.
one of the coolest christian bands i’ve ever known is a band called “even me”. they are scheduled to play on oct. 12
hey everybody! just wanted to remind you of our preview service this sunday night at 6:30. we have “even me” from livingstones fellowship coming. they rock. this is going to be an awesome night of worship and celebration.
by the way, we do have our account open at people’s bank in owenton. this means we are ready to accept offerings and we will have available at our services opportunity to do that.
There is so much happening for Epoch as we get started. God is bringing everything together for us. We have a strong and growing core group. We are going to start meeting on Sept. 28 from 6:00-7:30 at the Owen Co. High School gym for vision casting and strategy building. We are also meeting on wed. from 6-8 at the home of Kelley and Carrie Runnion. They are awesome for letting us use their home, as you come show your appreciation. This is a time for fellowship, getting to know one another and devotion and prayer time. For directions to his house call Kelley at 859-455-1435. we’re having youth church at the high school auditorium on tuesdays at 7.
one really cool things is the kentucky baptist convention has approached us and wants to use us as a high impact church plant. what does that mean? $100,000 for 3 years, resources, and more blessings from the Lord. but to get that we need financial partners through other churches that are giving a combined minumum of $1000.00 a month and a strong healthy parent church.
